Between Deventer and Zutphen is this beautiful Herenboerderij from 1905, where the guesthouse is part of. Entirely in peace, away from the hustle and bustle, in the green with whistling birds, squirrels, hedgehogs and perhaps deer. The entire house has been renovated, the kitchen exudes a luxurious atmosphere and is equipped with modern appliances: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Quooker, Bora induction, with a wine cooler. Partly because of the trusses, the kitchen connects seamlessly to the spacious living room with fireplace and conservatory with patio doors to the garden. On the other side of the house is the spacious bedroom with ample storage space. Auping bed 2 x 90 x 2.10 with Pullman mattresses. Following is a large bathroom, rain shower and second toilet. The green garden, surrounded by beautiful trees and rhododendrons, with a private terrace on a plot of 900 m2 gives you an immediate outdoor feeling. Carport and private lockable access with space for two cars.
Nature and surroundings
Our Guesthouse is located in the green on the edge of the Achterhoek, the ideal base for those who like to be outdoors. You walk straight from the house into nature for a round of "Oxerhof" or another beautiful walk / bike ride as a start to the morning or evening. With the lively Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen around the corner, you experience here the best of both worlds: actively out and wonderfully relaxed coming home. The village of Gorssel 2 km away, with a beautiful village center, variety of authentic stores, supermarket, Gorsselse Heide and the floodplain of the IJssel nearby. Museum More for modern realism in Gorssel and also the largest in Europe with location in Castle Ruurlo with art from home and abroad. Estates nearby, farm stores with their own harvest and beautiful stories, it is a pleasure to stay here. We welcome you.
