Between Deventer and Zutphen is this beautiful Herenboerderij from 1905, where the guesthouse is part of. Entirely in peace, away from the hustle and bustle, in the greenery, whistling birds, squirrels, and perhaps deer. The entire house has been renovated, the kitchen exudes luxury and is equipped with modern appliances: a Quooker, Bora induction, dishwasher and wine cooler. Thanks to the characteristic trusses, the kitchen connects seamlessly with the spacious living room with fireplace and conservatory, with doors opening onto the garden. On the other side of the house is the spacious bedroom with ample storage space. The Auping bed is equipped with Pullman mattresses (2x90x2.10) for optimal comfort, followed by a spacious bathroom with rain shower and second toilet. The naturally landscaped garden, surrounded by beautiful trees and rhododendrons, with private terrace on a plot of 900m2 directly outdoor feeling, with carport, and private lockable access.

Welcome, our nature house is surrounded by greenery, on the edge of the Achterhoek, the ideal base for anyone who likes to be outdoors. With the lively Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen just around the corner, here you can experience the best of both worlds: going out and coming home relaxed. Just 2 km away is the village of Gorssel, with a beautiful village center, a variety of authentic stores, and supermarket. Museum More, the largest museum of modern realism in Europe, is also located here, with a location in Ruurlo Castle where art from home and abroad can be admired. The surrounding estates and farm stores with their own harvest and beautiful stories make a stay here extra special.
