Stuga de Svarta Pärlan, WELCOME! This Nature House, a spacious and luxurious house of 125 m², situated on 4000 m² of private land. Situated at the end of its own little road, so no traffic. So no traffic! Experience here the peace and space at only 900km from Utrecht. Located near Perstorp. The cottage has been completely rebuilt (2026), into a beautiful large vacation home. The bathroom has a nice sauna. Also for the dog there is a piece of fenced garden, accessible from the terrace. Pet on request! Nice places to sit and also the BBQ is ready. Tannes Stuga's motto, for 27 years, is personal welcome, no key under the mat on arrival! Good beds, cottages where you can feel at home, cottages that make you happy on arrival, and enjoyed throughout the vacation. Christina, the hostess of this Nature House, lives within walking distance and is always there for you if needed. Also Tanne is always reachable.

I never give a 10—nothing’s perfect—but this cottage comes very close. The BBQ is all set up (including charcoal), there’s more than enough firewood, and there’s air conditioning for the warmer days (only in the kitchen/living area). Having two bathrooms is also great; the bathroom is accessible only through one bedroom, which makes for a quieter night. The bathroom is very large and has a built-in sauna. Perhaps the sealant around the edges just needs a little attention. You can borrow a rowboat and a SUP from the manager and use them on a peaceful lake about 10 minutes from the cottage—it’s great!
Ik geef nooit een 10, perfect bestaat niet, maar dit huisje komt erg in de buurt. BBQ staat ook klaar (incl. kolen), haardhout is er meer dan voldoende, airco voor de warmere dagen (alleen in de leefkeuken). 2 wc's is ook erg fijn, de badkamer is alleen te bereiken via 1 slaapkamer, dus dat geeft 's nachts ook meer rust. De badkamer is erg groot met ingebouwde sauna. Misschien alleen de kitranden hebben wat aandacht nodig. Roeibootje en SUP kan geleend worden van de beheerder en gebruikt worden in een rustige meer ongeveer 10 minuten van het huisje, super!
A lovely house on a large private lot, set back a bit from the (quiet) road. Plenty of space for children (and dogs) to play in the fenced-in yard. We received a very warm welcome from the cottage’s managers. They gave us a tour and provided information on practical matters. The beds were beautifully made—we felt right at home! Even the fridge was stocked with some (local) treats. These are people who truly enjoy making you feel as comfortable as possible. The house was well-equipped; everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable, and there were more than enough bath towels.
We’ve been booking Swedish and Norwegian cottages through nature house for years, but this one is definitely in the top 3 of our favorite cottages. Highly recommended!Fijn huis op een groot stuk eigen grond, een stukje van de (rustige) weg af. Volop ruimte voor kinderen (en honden) om te spelen in de omheinde tuin. Er was een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de beheerders van het huisje. We kregen een rondleiding en informatie over praktische zaken. De bedden waren heel mooi opgemaakt, je voelde je gelijk thuis! Zelfs de koelkast was voorzien van wat (lokale) lekkernijen. Dit zijn mensen die veel plezier beleven om je het zo goed mogelijk thuis te laten voelen. Huis was goed uitgerust, alles was aanwezig. Bedden lagen erg goed, meer dan voldoende badlinnen aanwezig.
