This nature house is an elegant 16th-century residence located in Castelraimondo, in the heart of Italy’s Le Marche region. The property offers a private pool overlooking the rolling hills, a heated jacuzzi area, and spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, perfect for weddings, events, or group holidays that combine comfort and authenticity. ⸻ -VILLA (two floors) On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped masonry kitchen, and one bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find four bedrooms (two of which are connected by a mezzanine) and two bathrooms. -DÉPENDANCE The dépendance includes a cozy kitchen with a fireplace, one bedroom, and one bathroom. It has direct access to the wellness area with jacuzzi.
