The nature house is located on the nature plot (1 hectare) behind our residential farm with fruit orchard, apples, pears and plums. Here you can enjoy peace, space and greenery. In autumn, winter and spring it is wonderfully quiet here and the nights are dark with regularly beautiful starry skies. It is a place to relax, reset and leave behind the hustle and bustle of your daily life. The nature house can be reached by NS bike from Twello or Deventer station. The house (80 m2) has a kitchen equipped with all amenities. The spacious bathroom is on the ground floor and on 1 level are 2 very spacious bedrooms. There is a wood stove to enjoy the short days even more. There are 2 bicycles at your disposal. And furthermore a private garden with picnic table. If you are lucky we can still offer you apple juice from our own orchard and hopefully in the future our own apple cider.
Nature and surroundings
Here you can hear the waterfowl flying overhead in swarms. Storks, owls, hares, marten and sometimes a pheasant are spotted here. From the house you are in 2 minutes on the dike overlooking the skyline of Deventer. Musing walk through the floodplains of the beautiful river IJssel. Or walking one of the wooden shoes paths. Cycling through the IJssel valley past old farms, country houses or along the Hanseatic cities or even to the Hoge Veluwe Nature Park. A fine combination of the tranquility of nature and the hustle and bustle of the city with nice stores, restaurants and museums.
