Nature and surroundings
Our olive farm is a place of real quiet, set among ancient groves, dry stone walls and untouched nature. Days unfold slowly with wide views, outdoor cooking and big sunsets. Nights bring deep darkness and stars. No pesticides, no traffic, no artificial noise. Just birdsong, clean mountain air and the scent of rosemary drifting through the finca. The area around Tortosa and Els Ports Natural Park is a rare meeting of mountain, river and sea. Limestone peaks shelter forests and trails where eagles, vultures and wild goats roam. The medieval town of Tortosa sits beside the Ebro, its castle and narrow streets shaped by Moorish and Christian rule. The river and natural springs invite swimming and kayaking. Nearby, a ruined monastery stands among pines, while the Ebro Delta opens into lagoons, rice fields and flamingos. Beyond lies a wild coastline of rocky cliffs, white beaches and hidden coves. Inland vineyards produce strong local wines, all untouched by tourism.

Off grid. Power from solar panels. Water from rain or delivered. Heat from gas and the fireplace. Wonderful if that's what you want. If you are looking for convenience or luxury, this may not be ideal.
Off grid. Stroom van zonnepanelen. Water afkomstig uit regen of aangeleverd. Warmte van gas en de haard. Heerlijk als je dat wilt. Ben je op zoek naar gemak of luxe, dan is dit misschien niet ideaal.
Morning at the breakfast bar enjoying the view of the valley and the Ebro. The song of the birds in the olive grove. Beautiful colors at sunrise and sunset and the clear starry sky at night. On cold nights you can sit by the fireplace.
's ochtends aan de ontbijtbar genieten van het uitzicht op de vallei en de Ebro. De zang van de vogels in de olijfboomgaard. Prachtige kleuren bij zonsop- en ondergang en de heldere sterrenhemel 's nachts. Op koude nachten kan je zitten bij de haard.
