This cozy vacation villa is located on a spacious plot of 600 m2 and offers everything for a relaxing stay. The bright living room with large windows offers a beautiful view over the water and lets the sunlight stream in from all sides throughout the day. It is a very quiet place at the end of a small park, it is actually always quiet here, occasionally some boats sail by and otherwise enjoy water and beautiful skies! The ground floor has a beautiful spacious room and kitchen and a spacious hall with toilet and a beautiful spacious bathroom with bedroom attached for 2 people. There is also a kitchen with utility room with washer and dryer. You can go on the ground floor with a walker and wheelchair. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a bunk bed and trundle bed so 3 people, and 1 bedroom with 2 separate single beds. There is also a shower with toilet on this floor. The house has 3 terraces and veranda.
Nature and surroundings
The garden faces southwest, so always beautiful skies of the setting sun, enjoying under the porch with lounge set, awnings and windbreaks. You can sit in three different places where you sit comfortably in terms of wind, sun and shade. There is a hot outdoor shower, a private jetty of 30 meters, swimming ladder and diving board, shutters, awnings and wifi. There is ample parking.Discover Friesland from the water, rent a sloop, sailboat or canoe or visit the nearby Zuiderzee towns such as Stavoren, Hindeloopen and Workum. Go cycling or hiking in the beautiful Gaasterland rolling forests and along the lakes. It is wonderfully quiet here, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and geniality of the people and the environment. There is also a general lawn where great football or other games can be done. and next to us is a campsite with playing fields where children can play and there is water fun.
