Do you need a warm place to yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tinyhouse is indoors in our residential farmhouse. From the balcony you have a view of the Meuse River. You live in our yard with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests staying in caravans. It is quiet here but not silent. So you can really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the neighbor's lawnmower. People from the city do find it quiet here! You get there through a gate into your own garden and then up a flight of stairs onto the balcony. From there you have a view of the river Meuse. In front of your garden is a duck run. Behind it walk 2 oxen in the meadow. You wake up here in the morning to the sounds of animals. The tinyhouse has a cozy room with a kitchenette and a bunk bed. You have to climb stairs to crawl into your bed. Rewarded with a view of the stars, though! You can hear sounds from our house because it is indoors.
Nature and surroundings
You are here in the land of Maas and Waal in the middle of the country. You can enjoy cycling over the dikes here (you can rent a bike). There are wooden shoes paths (hiking trails in the green) in Alphen and surroundings. In spring and summer we also rent out 3 small caravans in our yard. You are here in heaven on earth, especially in the summer when there are many flowers in our yard. Do you need coaching, that is negotiable. In our village there is a coffee/lunchroom (weekdays) within walking distance, in spring and summer a beautiful tea garden and marina with restaurant. Distance to Nijmegen 30 km, distance Den Bosch 30 km, distance Oss by ferry 10 km, distance Tiel by ferry 8km. Nearby are water sports in the summer in the next village. The flower gardens of Appeltern at 10 km. It is possible to be picked up at the bus stop Nieuwstraat in Dreumel for a fee. Or pick up across Tiel in Wamel at the ferry. We love to see you coming!
