The interior is very modern, and it feels very comfortable. In terms of available activities, the surrounding area is better suited for a shorter stay, but the cottage itself is also very cozy.
The communication and description of the house—and especially the directions on the Nature house website—were very poor. Our host apparently sent us emails explaining that the house cannot be reached by car, but only via a cable car and a 15-minute walk (!). However, these emails never reached us, so we didn’t receive this information until the day before our arrival, which made everything very, very complicated. It is absolutely essential that this information be provided before booking!
The inquiries we sent via the Nature house website either didn’t arrive or weren’t answered. The website also doesn’t function well in general and is often frustrating.Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Kommunikation bzw. Beschreibung des Hauses und insbesondere der Anfahrt auf der Naturhäuschen-Website war sehr schlecht. Unser Host hat uns wohl Emails geschickt, in denen beschrieben war, dass man das Haus nicht mit dem Auto erreichen kann, sondern nur mit einer Seilbahn und einem 15minütigen Fußweg (!). Diese Mails haben uns aber nicht erreicht und wir haben diese Informationen deshalb erst am Tag vor der Anreise bekommen, was alles sehr, sehr kompliziert gemacht hat. Es wäre unbedingt nötig, diese Informationen bereits vor der Buchung bereitzustellen!
