We had a wonderful week! It’s true—you really need to be able to drive in the mountains and be willing to take risks. That means sometimes having to back up a bit when an oncoming car approaches, since the road is very narrow—but it’s absolutely beautiful, driving right through the forest! It’s just a half-hour walk to the cable car that takes you down to Locarno in the valley—another fun experience. And Cardada and Cimetta have great restaurants.
The cottage itself is also very nice—fully equipped and, on top of that, with a fantastic view!
