In the heart of the Ostuni countryside, among dry stone walls, red earth, and centuries-old olive trees sculpted by time, our olives are grown. They grow in an authentic setting, within a small olive grove surrounding a house immersed in the tranquility and beauty of the Apulian landscape. Handpicked in harmony with the rhythms of nature, the olives are processed using traditional methods to preserve all their flavor, aroma, and nutritional qualities. Their cold pressing produces an extra virgin olive oil with a bold and harmonious flavor, a pure expression of the Ostuni terroir. Each bottle captures the history of our land: a perfect balance of passion, simplicity, and rural tradition.
