This detached nature house is located on over 3,000 m² of private land, with typical Ligurian terraces. The cottage has two floors: upstairs a bright living kitchen with bar and panoramic views of the medieval village of Bajardo, downstairs a spacious bedroom with bathroom. Suitable for 2 adults and a young child. Ideal for nature and peace seekers, enjoy pure air, clear starry skies and Italian nature. In other words, a base for relaxation, a digital detox, discovering nature while enjoying the Italian and French Riviera with their delicious gastronomy.
Nature and surroundings
Hiking and mountain bike routes start right from the house. The authentic village of Castel Vittorio is a 5 to 10 minute drive away, with a cozy restaurant Osteria Del Portico. Within 15 minutes you can reach other picturesque villages such as Pigna, where there are starting points of hikes for all types of hikers. Here you can also drink a delicious cappuccino with a cake at Desir de Roy or eat a famous pizza at Sul Ponte. Between Pigna and Castel Vittorio is one of the swimming rivers, ideal for a refreshing dip in natural water. In the other direction from the cottage you will find Bajardo, where there is a natural spring with mineral-rich drinking water which can be drunk directly from the mountain. Bajardo can be reached by car in 20 minutes, but on foot via a nice hike of 2 hours. For those wanting a day at the beach, Ventimiglia and the Borghese beaches are 45 minutes away, Monaco 1 hour and 15 minutes and Nice just 1.5 hours away.
