Here is a special residence with a renovated farmhouse and two modern wooden Tiny houses, together in a spacious one-hectare yard in the middle of the green landscape of Montferland. Here everything is about peace, space and togetherness. The farmhouse exudes character and coziness, while the Tiny houses have a modern and natural look. Inside, underfloor heating, wifi, a fireplace, Sonos speakers, a beamer with screen and a large dining table provide warmth and comfort in every season. The two kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances and invite you to cook and enjoy together. Outside, a large garden extends with a fire pit, comfortable seating areas, a wood-fired hot tub with bubbles and an electric barrel sauna. The yard is free, overlooking fields and forest edges, allowing you to truly unwind here. A place where nature, luxury and relaxation come together effortlessly. For weekend rentals, later check-out is possible.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located directly on recreational lake Stroombroek, with beach access from the garden. Here you can swim, supp or relax by the water, with the rustling of the trees in the background. Nearby are Markant Outdoor for adventurous activities such as climbing and canoeing, and the Land of Jan Klaassen for families with young children. The forests of Montferland, the rolling Bergherbos and the charming villages of Zeddam, Beek and Loerbeek invite you to walk, cycle and explore. Nearby you will also find Kasteel Huis Bergh and the historic Hanseatic city of Doesburg. Within walking distance are catering facilities at Landal Stroombroek, a supermarket is a few minutes away and public transportation is one kilometer away.
