Nature and surroundings

The Rammekenshoek nature reserve is located a short distance from the B&B. Here, you can take a walk through the woods, along creeks, and across salt marshes, with views of the Westerschelde along the way. The area is also home to Fort Rammekens, the oldest coastal fort in Western Europe. It’s a peaceful place to get out into nature and enjoy the scenery and the birds. On the Westerschelde—it’s just a 15-minute walk to the water.

Everything is new, (very) clean, and fully equipped. Beautiful kitchen. Everything you need is there—it’s absolutely wonderful! Comfortable beds and sheets; we slept very well. The alpacas were really cute—they keep walking past the cottage. They’re very curious, and the kids were allowed to pet them.
The owners are super helpful and kind.
Vlissingen and Middelburg are very close by—you can get anywhere in 15 minutes.
    Highly recommended!
