Nature house in Winterswijk Woold

To get right to the point... We were very disappointed. The price-quality ratio is completely off. The natural surroundings are beautiful, but the house is old and has many "flaws." Curtains that are too short. No screen on the door to the outside, so you had flies coming in everywhere. Small, old refrigerator. Way too small for four people. Very old table and chairs. The toilet faucet was loose. The kitchen outlet for two appliances could only be used with one device because it was too close to the countertop. There was no information about trash disposal. And the outdoor patio looked terrible—overgrown with weeds and crooked tiles. There was also an old, dilapidated bench. One bedroom had been made up. But we each wanted our own bedroom. When I reported this via the app, I was told that I could just make the bed myself, right? We sat in the sweltering heat for two days without a parasol. Om maar met de deur in huis te vallen.... Het viel ons erg tegen. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding klopt totaal niet. Het is prachtige natuur, maar het huis is oud en met veel 'gebreken'. Te korte gordijnen. Geen hor in de deur naar buiten waardoor je allemaal vliegen binnen had. Kleine oude koelkast. Veel te klein voor vier personen. Hele oude tafelstoelen. Wc-kraan zat los. Stopcontact in de keuken voor twee apparaten kon maar met 1 app. worden gebruikt omdat het te dicht op het blad zat. Informatie over afval is niet aanwezig. En het terras buiten ziet er niet uit. Groen, onkruid en scheve tegels. Ook staat er een oud aftands bankje. Er was 1 slaapkamer in orde gemaakt. Maar we wilden ieder een eigen slaapkamer. Toen ik dit via de app meldde kreeg ik het antwoord dat ik zelf het bed wel even op kon maken, toch? Twee dagen in de bloedhitte gezeten zonder parasol. Bleek er wel te zijn, maar lag nog op een zoldertje. Iets positiefs; e

Er was ook een vrij drukke weg dichtbij en ook een boerderij pal achter het huisje. Dat zie je niet op de foto!

Fantastic cottage with all amenities. Good beds, modern bathroom, everything on the ground floor. Nice terrace facing south. Tip: handicapped grip in the shower and non-slip mat. We will definitely return: great refueling.

Fantastisch huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima bedden, modern sanitair, alles gelijkvloers. Lekker terras op het zuiden.
Tip: invalidengreep in de douche en antislipmat.
Wij komen zeker terug: heerlijk bijgetankt.

Wonderful view, rural with sheep and geese. Do have a moderately busy road 300 meters away, audible. Beautiful scenery interspersed with forests. All days wonderful bike rides made. Stores and center of Winterswijk easily accessible. Very hospitable owners living next door. Cottage is on property and completely free.

Schitterend uitzicht, landelijk met schaapjes en ganzen. Wel een matig drukke weg op 300 meter, hoorbaar. Prachtige coulissen-omgeving afgewisseld met bossen. Alle dagen heerlijke fietstochten gemaakt. Winkels en centrum van Winterswijk makkelijk bereikbaar. Zeer gastvrije naast “ de Koepel” wonende eigenaren. Huisje staat op landgoed en helemaal vrij.
