A lovely little cottage with all the amenities; it stays nice and cool despite the heat. The only downside is that you can hear some traffic noise outside, but thanks to the excellent insulation, you can’t hear a thing inside.

Heerlijk huisje van alle gemakken voorzien, goed koel te houden ondanks de warmte. Alleen buiten wel wat last van geluiden van het verkeer, binnen is hierniets van te horen door de uitstekende isolatie

A nice cottage which is doable for people who are fit and healthy. It is a nice cottage for 2 people. For 4 people it gets cramped and you have to go through each other's sleeping area to go downstairs. The toilet is on the ground floor in a fine neat bathroom which is just big enough for 1 person. It can,but keep with showering nothing.So in the night you have to go down the stairs in which is quite an annoying turn when you are at age/not quite well mobile. We were unlucky that the weather and temperature was quite disappointing so it was cold. Upon arrival it was also very cold inside. So just turn up the thermostat. Unfortunately there was none. We could not set the temperature ourselves, the owner did that remotely. So several phone calls back and forth. The temperature turned off at 22.00. But the owners are friendly and helpful. In the bathroom there is no heating which is not nice in less warm and wet weather.Otherwise a nice and clean cottage.

Een mooi huisje wat goed te doen is voor mensen die fit en gezond zijn. Het is een mooi huisje voor 2 personen. Voor 4 personen wordt het krap en je moet door elkaars slaapruimte om naar beneden te gaan. De wc is op de begane grond in een prima nette badkamer wat precies groot genoeg is voor 1 persoon. Het kan,maar houd met douchen niets over.
Dus in de nacht moet je de trap af waarin best een vervelende draai zit wanneer je op leeftijd/niet helemaal goed mobiel bent. Wij hadden de pech dat het weer en temperatuur flink tegenviel en het dus koud was. Bij aankomst was het ook erg koud binnen. Dus even de thermostaat omhoog zetten. Helaas was er die niet. We konden de temperatuur niet zelf bepalen,dat deed de eigenaar op afstand. Dus verschillende appjes over en weer. Vervelend.De temperatuur sloeg om 22.00 uur af. Maar de eigenaren zijn wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de badkamer is er geen verwarming wat niet fijn is bij minder warm en nat weer.
Verder een mooi en schoon huisje.

The cottage is nicely furnished and well equipped. It was also clean upon arrival. You can stay there with 4 people, but 1 spacious bed is on the open landing for the 2nd bedroom which can be closed with a door. But if you need to go to the bathroom/toilet (is downstairs), it must be through the landing. (Where the other bed is) This is something to keep in mind though.

Het huisje is mooi ingericht en goed uitgerust. Ook was het schoon bij aankomst. Je kunt er met 4 personen verblijven, maar 1 ruim bed staat op de open overloop voor de 2de slaapkamer die wel met een deur dicht kan. Maar als je naar de badkamer/wc (is beneden) moet, moet dit via de overloop. (waar het andere bed staat) Dit is wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

In terms of location, the nature house is nicely central for trips in the Veluwe and its surroundings. Also, the cottage is close to the center of Vaassen. A disadvantage may be that the cottage is near a through road, so you hear a lot of traffic when you sit outside. This will not necessarily be a problem for everyone if you are away a lot. In the evening it is a lot quieter and inside you hear almost no traffic.

Het natuurhuis ligt qua ligging mooi centraal voor uitstapjes op de Veluwe en omgeving. Ook ligt het huisje dichtbij het centrum van Vaassen. Een nadeel kan zijn dat het huisje vlakbij een doorgaande weg ligt, waardoor je veel verkeer hoort als je buiten zit. Dit zal niet voor iedereen een probleem hoeven zijn als je veel weg bent. 'S avonds is het een stuk rustiger en binnen hoor je bijna geen verkeer.
