This naturehouse, an unique rental located on the peaceful outskirts of Francavilla Fontana in Puglia, Italy. Surrounded by 15,000 m² of private, fenced-in land, this serene retreat offers guests an unforgettable five-star experience. The 350m² villa features star-vaulted ceilings, a private pool, sauna, gym, fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms with a kingsize Auping bed each with an ensuite bathroom designed for ultimate rest and relaxation. At this naturehouse, it's not just about accommodation—it's about offering guests a space where design, comfort, and tranquility meet.
Nature and surroundings
Our garden is home to no less than 280 olive trees – perfect for a morning walk or a photo opportunity in the golden light of the early evening. On the edge of the olive grove you will find comfortable sun beds, ideal for relaxation with a view over the Puglies landscape. It doesn’t get any fresher than this: there are 20 fruit trees scattered around the site, including figs, plums, pomegranates, oranges and peaches. Guests can replicate seasonally themselves – a pure, tasteful addition to your holiday experience. Enjoy long evenings and good company around the wood-fired outdoor pizza oven. Here you can bake your own pizzas or grilled dishes with a view of the garden. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with spacious worktops, a sink and sufficient storage space, all built in local stone – functional and atmospheric.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €2,500.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
