Welcome to our B&B A fairytale stay in a mobile home! An idyllic Bed and Breakfast really in the middle of natural surroundings! Immerse yourself in peace, simplicity and a touch of nostalgia, a unique Bed & Breakfast tucked away in the greenery of charming Oldeberkoop. Here you don't just stay - you sleep in a lovingly built mobile home, decorated down to the last detail in a cozy, country style that takes you back to the days of simplicity and freedom. The mobile home is fully equipped: a comfortable double bed with television, a sitting area to relax, a compact bathroom, a kitchen with various amenities and a cozy terrace where you see the dew of the grass glistening under the first sunlight in the morning. Breakfast is available by arrangement for €12.50 PP. We have a small furniture workshop and a cozy home furnishing shop in the front house of the farmhouse in the style of rural sober living.
Nature and surroundings
The picturesque town of Oldeberkoop is the oldest village in the region. It lies on a sandy ridge between the rivers Linde and Tjonger. The village is first mentioned in 1228, when the Frisian warriors gathered in "Brokope" to enter Drenthe. Oldeberkoop has maintained its rustic character throughout time.Oldeberkoop has beautiful park forests: the Koepelboschen, the Molenboschen and the Sterrebosch. A number of years ago volunteers started to refurbish and restore the park forests to their former glory. This work has led to a fantastic result. The park forests are connected by a walking route: the Park Forests Art Route. This walking route focuses on the original idea of the English landscape style of the park forests (beautiful nature, contemplation, surprise, winding patterns, mirror ponds, etc.), the history and the art objects along the route. The location of the mobile homes is among these park forests.
