Our Nature house (100 m²) is sun-drenched above an olive grove with a wide view over the valley to the sea. A chestnut forest begins behind the house, ideal for walks. Ground floor layout: kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, living room with sofa and satellite TV, dining area with pellet stove, sofa bed (100×200) and access to the south-west terrace with panoramic views. Bathroom with shower/WC, bedroom Rose (160×200) with terrace access. First floor: Room Mint with work corner, sofa bed (90×190) and access to the second terrace. Bedroom Hortensie (140×200) with view over the valleys. The villa consists of two independent parts with separate entrances. Only the part shown is rented out; the other part is rarely used privately - so you can enjoy peace and privacy. There is a water hose at the entrance for showering the dogs. Parking directly at the house, access via paved road. Dogs are welcome and can roam freely.
Nature and surroundings
Hiking trails through forests and olive groves to small medieval villages start right on the doorstep. Tours lasting hours are possible without using the car. The landscape is so fertile that Montedivalli is also known as "La Serra" - like a natural greenhouse. Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and sage grow in the garden, which guests can pick themselves. The villa is located in the Lunigiana, a pristine landscape in northern Tuscany on the border with Liguria, and is a strategic starting point for excursions to both regions. Unlike the overcrowded neighboring towns, the focus here is on authentic, individual tourism. The region is known for its numerous castles and delicious regional cuisine. The sea is only around 15 km away, as are the world-famous Cinque Terre and the beaches of Versilia. Guests appreciate the combination of undisturbed peace and quiet in a natural setting, regional country life and cultural highlights.
