Our nature house (100 m²) is situated in a sunny spot above an olive grove, offering sweeping views across the valley to the sea. A chestnut forest begins right behind the house, making it ideal for walks. Layout Ground Floor: Kitchen with sink and washing machine, living room with sofa and satellite TV, dining area with pellet stove, sleeper sofa (100×200), and access to the southwest-facing terrace with panoramic views. Bathroom with shower/toilet, “Rose” bedroom (160×200) with access to the terrace. Upper Floor: "Minze" room with a work area, a sofa bed (90×190), and access to the second terrace. "Hortensie" bedroom (140×200) with a view over the valleys. The villa consists of two separate sections with separate entrances. Supermarkets and a fast-charging station for electric cars are about a 15-minute drive away. You don’t have to go far for a delicious pizza: about a 10-minute drive away is Il Varo, where you can enjoy truly delicious Italian pizzas for about €7.
Villa Garibaldino is also a great base for day trips. Cities like Pisa and Lucca are about an hour away and perfect for a day trip. We had a wonderful swim in the sea at Lerici and in the beautiful bay of the charming village of Portovenere. The villages of Cinque Terre are also well worth a visit: you can easily take the train from La Spezia.
Our interactions with the German owner were also very pleasant.
