Lodging with character. This room is located on the second floor and overlooks the village's charming church. The room exudes atmosphere and tranquility, perfect for a relaxing stay. You sleep in a comfortable double bed and have your own ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. For your morning ritual, a coffee maker and kettle are at your disposal. Let the silence of the countryside and the view of the church tower make your stay extra special. As a guest you are also welcome in the sunny south-facing garden, where you can enjoy several cozy seating areas. The ideal place to unwind after a day full of discoveries in the area. You may also use a spacious kitchen on the ground floor and a large living room (see photos), both exclusively for our B&B guests. Breakfast is possible from Wednesday to Sunday between 8.30 and 10.30 in the breakfast room on the ground floor (to be booked separately).

English hospitality in the middle of nature Welcome to our B&B! We offer English hospitality in the middle of the peace and quiet of Overasselt. My name is Sara Jane, since October 2019 I live here with my husband and children. I am half English myself, and since my youth I have often visited the typical B&Bs in England. I want to pass on that experience and hospitality, here in Overasselt. When I moved here I immediately saw a Bed and Breakfast for me in this green environment. Our B&B is now a farmhouse with two houses, both with separate entrances. We ourselves live in the back house while the rooms are in the front house and the apartment is above the garages, so you have all the space you need to experience the peace and quiet here. About Overasselt Near the meeting place of Gelderland, Noord-Brabant and Limburg lies one of the oldest villages of the Rijk van Nijmegen: Overasselt. You stay in nature, by the river Maas and nearby the fens area.
