Hidden in the greenery is this nature house, in a stately mansion on a 16-acre estate. The house built around 1600, has a fascinating history and still has the authentic style of the time. The rural indoor cottage of 100 m2 with private entrance and parking, has a spacious cozy living room with a large fireplace and wood stove. It is furnished with a large dining table and a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and 2 chairs (magazines and games). Outside, the cottage has a pleasant large covered terrace with seating area where you look out over the beautiful surroundings. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine and a cafetière for espresso. Everything else is amply equipped. Bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity unit and hairdryer. The cottage has lime-free, soft water. In the spacious bedroom a wonderful 2-person box spring (160x210). Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen is included.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is a hidden surprise in the French department of Tarn-et-Garonne in the Occitanie region. Here you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and be embraced by this beautiful natural area and its charming surroundings. On the estate you can take a lovely walk in the private park and forest. The accompanying lake invites you to take a lovely refreshing dip (bring water shoes!) or try your fishing luck here. Enjoy the tranquility, the numerous cheerful singing birds and the unprotected grazing deer. In the immediate vicinity you can discover medieval villages and fine wine estates. Every day of the week in summer and in winter there are markets (with organic products) in the surrounding villages. There are many hiking and cycling trails and on the river Aveyron, you can rent a canoe in the summer to experience the silence of nature on the water. Each season surprises and experiences here differently.
