Our recent restoration (2025) was guided by a single goal: to preserve the soul of this place. Each apartment has been lovingly brought back to life, maintaining its original structure and restoring authentic details that tell stories of the past: terracotta floors, wood-beamed ceilings, and even ancient fireplaces. Each apartment is now being individually personalized, and no two are alike. Nature and surroundings
Around Podere Pietraluna, nature opens in every direction: hills that breathe, fields that change colour with the seasons, woods where the air smells of earth and resin. You are in the Upper Tiber Valley, a quiet borderland where Umbria, Tuscany and Le Marche meet. Città di Castello is 8 km away; Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Citerna, Montone and Gubbio are 20–40 minutes by car, and a car is essential. About a kilometer of dirt road leads to the farm and keeps the place quiet. Trails start right outside the gate: paths through the countryside, ridges with wide horizons, places where silence becomes a companion. Slow down, look, breathe.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. For bookings with an arrival date within 28 days, free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the total cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 28 days before arrival: 100% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
