The forest cottage is located on natural park Hoefbos. Here privacy and tranquility are central. In the garden you can hear the birds singing! From the nature park you can walk directly into the Hoge Veluwe and there are numerous hiking and cycling routes. About 950 meters away is Otterlo, a cozy village with nice terraces. From Otterlo it is about 20 km to Ede, Apeldoorn or Arnhem. There are several attractions nearby; such as the Kröller Muller Museum, Burgers Zoo, Palace 't Loo and the Apenheul.
