This large, detached, attractive typical Marchesian farmhouse offers a panoramic view of our beautiful valley from sunrise to sunset. Living outside is the motto, eating under the lovely portico, in the shade of the big tree or just staying somewhere in the spacious garden. There is always the possibility to enjoy the sun, and there are also always places in the shade. Living inside is also possible: downstairs there is a large living room in open connection with the modern, well-equipped kitchen with cooking island. In the living room a cozy dining table, and a sitting area. Three double doors in the living room allow the inside and outside to flow seamlessly together. There are also two more rooms downstairs, one of which is set up as a home office. Toilet&shower downstairs. On the second floor are 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 of which is connected to an en suite bathroom and a second, separate bathroom. The parking lot offers space for several cars.

This nature house is located on a hill in a quiet valley where sunflowers, grain and grapes, among other crops, are grown. We overlook the vineyards of the fine Guerreri winery in Cerasa. Within a 20-minute drive there are many idyllic castles, such as those of Mondavio, Corinaldo and Barchi. Close by are Orciano di Pesaro and San Giorgio di Pesaro. Good food and drink can be had in many places. Both the sea and inland are easily accessible, and hiking and biking can be done in many places. The beach of Marotta (20 minutes) is a nice family beach, the beaches of Fano or Senigallia are a little more fashionable. The Gola di Furlo with its beautiful hiking area is 30 minutes away by car. A little further away are beautiful old towns like Urbino, the birthplace of Rafael, and Gubbio. It is essential to have access to a car.
