On the Astra estate are both Het Kolkhuis and building De IJsvogel. On the 1st floor, is loft Pike, with its own entrance, terrace and privacy. Via an outside staircase you reach the partly covered terrace with bench, from where you have a view of the kolk. Inside you will find a bright living space with open kitchen, dining table and lots of comfort. The spacious bedroom on the west side has two single beds, closet space and a desk - ideal for working in peace. The living room has a luxurious double sofa bed, which can be used as twin beds or one large bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, induction stove, dishwasher and coffee facilities. Adjacent is the bathroom. Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure a pleasant indoor climate in any season. On the ground floor of The Kingfisher is a multi-purpose room that is occasionally used for meetings or yoga classes. The sauna in the basement of 't Kolkhuis can be booked on request.
Nature and surroundings
Apartment Pike overlooks an attractive private cove on Astra estate, which makes this place so unique. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and soothing. Around the kolk you can walk along stylish paths or use the available rowing boat for a relaxing trip on the water. This special place is regularly visited by deer, badgers, foxes and - with a little luck - the colorful kingfisher. The tastefully landscaped landscape garden surrounding the kolk is rich with native plantings, expansive sightlines and quiet places to muse or read. Estate Astra is located on the edge of historic Hattem, close to forests, floodplains and heathlands. Nature and culture flow seamlessly together here: perfect for those who want to hike, explore or simply enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer.All possible sports activities, such as tennis, padel and golf are just steps away.
