Why choose the Loppo The house is inside the Mount Subasio Park, between Spello and Assisi.An old rural building, surrounded by a large fenced garden.Every window overlooks the woods and hills. Clean air, quiet and nature. We believe in sustainable hospitality, using natural materials and 100% biodegradable cleaning products. A 95sqm natural house, comfortable, bright and fresh, sleeping up to 8 people. With its own entrance, the apartment is on the second floor, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and living room with open kitchen, with wood-burning fireplace. "Olmo" is one of the 4 apartments of the farmhouse Il Loppo, it can be rented individually or in combination with other apartments. The entire farmhouse sleeps up to 24 people. You will have everything you need for a regenerating vacation in contact with nature. There is almost no telephone signal, but WIFI internet connection is available throughout the house.
Nature and surroundings
The farmhouse has a unique location, inside the Park of Mount Subasio, a protected natural area. Loppo is surrounded by woods, but well connected to the SP249 road that in 10 minutes leads to Spello and then to Assisi. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large fenced garden, where you can relax watching the sky or walking among oaks, cherry trees and holm oaks. Just outside, numerous paths will take you into the woods, or to the village of San Giovanni, or the village of Collepino. An extraordinary starting point to discover a small corner of Umbria still pure and unspoiled. Squirrels, foxes, badgers, hares, roe deer, and wild boars are the real inhabitants of these places.
