This idyllic, detached forest house is on a cozy and small-scale park in the Achterhoek! Completely sustainably built. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortable for 6 people. A lovely kitchen and living room, endless moments at the table with friends and family. Chatting, eating, drinking, playing games or enjoying reading a book. Not to mention outside. In the garden is a cozy little wood burner for warmth with a cozy (small) fire. A beautiful woodland garden where you can walk straight into the real forest. Pets are welcome after consultation. So much to do or just nothing. There is a car charging station available for a fee Insta: #boshuisjeLochem. Final cleaning (€ 100.00) and linen rental/towels (€ 90.00) is mandatory and not included in the rental price. This can be deducted from the deposit or for this we will send a tap prior to your arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
Nature and surroundings
Located in a wooded area between the historic center of Lochem (5 km) and Zutphen (12 km) and close to Deventer (25 km). and for golf enthusiasts, the Lochem Golf Club is just around the corner. Hidden in the, for the Achterhoek so typical, coulisse landscape, the region harbors many surprises. Beautiful hiking, cycling and mountain biking trails traverse forests, moors and small meadows between hedgerows, hamlets and follow old waterways. Historical sights, authentic farms, museums, modern art and lively village centers alternate. Every year, residents organize several events. From exhibitions, concerts, parties, bicycle or walking tours, dinners to sporting activities. There is always something for everyone. At about 5 minutes cycling distance you will find the indoor swimming pool 'De Beemd. Taste, experience & enjoy, because Lochem certainly tastes like more!
