This vacation home is a 4-person detached house, located in a wooded area with a spacious, fully fenced garden.Layout:Entrance/hallway with toilet, storage closet, bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and sink. Living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden. Open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and cozy dining area. 3 Bedrooms (master bedroom and 2 single bedrooms). Covered terrace and spacious, enclosed garden with back entrance. Parking on site for 2 cars. Fully enclosed garden (plot size ± 750 m²), fence height ± 1 meter. The garden is surrounded by trees, but there is the width and depth of the garden always a sun and shade to find. Our 3 nature houses are located next to or behind each other, making these 3 houses also very suitable for a family or friends vacation. Up to 3 dogs welcome, more on request.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is quietly located in the beautiful outskirts of Winterswijk, located on a forest park, on a dead end path with only local traffic (6 cottages on the left and 6 cottages on the right). The forest is across the road for many hiking opportunities. In the outskirts of Winterswijk dogs are allowed to run loose unless otherwise indicated. The special nature reserve "The Korenburgerveen" is a short distance away, which is definitely worth a visit (but without the dog). Winterswijk is ideal for both a quiet and active walking or cycling vacation with many bike paths and dirt roads. Winterswijk has a cozy center with a large shopping area and many terraces, where you can still park for free. On the bike it is about 10 minutes before you, from the house, in the center.
