The new vacation home is quietly situated in the "Zone naturelle" of Barjac in the Gard region, just south of the Ardèche. There is ample parking on the 3,600 m² property, which features natural vegetation. A heated private pool with a sun deck and four lounge chairs is available. From the covered patio, complete with furniture and a BBQ, you’ll enjoy views of the Bois de Roure and the vineyards. The cottage measures 8x9 meters and is equipped with air conditioning that can be controlled individually in each room. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, so you don’t have to wait your turn. One bedroom has a 1.6-meter bed, and the other has a 1.6-meter bed plus a bunk bed for two children. The new kitchen is fully equipped. A washing machine and clothesline are provided. The heated pool is open from May 1 and closes at the end of September. The pool is heated by solar panels. In the living room, you’ll find a large sofa and a TV. Internet/Wi-Fi are also included among the amenities.
Nature and surroundings
Outside, you can enjoy the view, the peace and quiet, and the beautiful pool. No immediate neighbors (one vacation home more than 50 meters away). There are several nearby villages to visit that are part of “Les plus beaux villages de France” These include Aiguèze, Montclus, Labeaume, Goudargues, Balazuc and its surrounding area, Lussan, La Roque-sur-Cèze, and Vogué…. Barjac is also a charming Renaissance town, located less than 5 minutes away and featuring several restaurants. If you’d like to visit a natural beach, you can head to Saint-Martin-d’Ardèche, Labeaume, or Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. In Vagnas, you’ll find the Indy Parc and the Parc Animalier for the kids. The Orgnac l’Aven Cave is definitely worth a visit on a rainy day. There are beautiful hiking trails along the Ardèche and the Cèze, and kayaking is also an option, of course. Endless hills for cyclists There’s a market in Barjac every Friday morning and Monday evening. Every Wednesday morning, there’s a market in Goudargues (the local Venice).

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refunded
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
