The new cottage is quietly located in the "Zone naturelle" of Barjac in the Gard region just south of the Ardeche. There is ample parking on the grounds of 3600m2 with natural vegetation. Outside you have access to a private heated swimming pool with sun terrace and 4 sun beds. On the covered terrace with furniture and BBQ you have a view of the Bois De Roure and the vineyards. The cottage is 8x9m large and air conditioned per room. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom so you do not have to queue. One bedroom with 1,6m bed and the other with 1,6m bed plus bunk beds for 2 children. The new kitchen is equipped with all comforts. A washing machine and washing machine thread are provided. The heated pool is open from May 1 and closes at the end of September. The pool is heated by solar panels. In the living room you will find a large sofa and TV. Internet/WIFI are also provided.
Nature and surroundings
Outside you can enjoy the view, the tranquility and the beautiful pool. No direct neighbors (1 cottage at more than 50m) In the vicinity are several villages to visit that belong to "Les plus beaux villages de France" That include Aiguèze, Montclus, Labeaume, Goudargues, Balazuc + commune, Lussan, La roque sur Cèze, Vogué.... Also Barjac is a nice renaissance town, is less than 5 minutes away and has several restaurants. If you want to go to a natural beach you can go to Saint Martin d'Ardeche, Labeaume or Vallon pont d'Arc. In Vagnas you will find for the kids the Indy Parc and the Parc Animalier. The cave of Orgnac l'Aven is definitely worth a visit on a rainy day. Superb hiking along the Ardeche and the Cèze and kayaking is also possible of course. Mountains 'à volonté ' for cyclists Every Friday morning and Monday evening there is a market in Barjac. Every Wednesday morning market in Goudargues (the local Venice).
