Fantastic, very well-equipped—we stayed here with our family. Lovely garden with a trampoline and other outdoor games. We had nice weather, so we used the BBQ—highly recommended. Beautiful surroundings for hiking and biking. We really enjoyed our time together.

Fantastisch, heel compleet, wij zijn hier met ons gezin geweest. Heerlijke tuin met trampoline die en andere buitenspelletjes. We hadden mooi weer dus de bbq gebruikt echt een aanrader.Mooie omgeving voor wandelen en fietsen. Echt genoten met elkaar.

This house is designed to be child-friendly.
On the lower floor, which opens onto the garden, there is a playroom for the children.
The garden is lined with trees and features a trampoline and a hot tub.
In short, you and your family can have a great time there.

Dit huis is kindvriendelijk ingericht.
In de onderste verdieping die aan de tuin grenst, is een speelkamer voor de kinderen ingericht.
De tuin is omzoomd met bomen en er is daar een trampoline en een hottub.
Kortom je kan je daar, met je gezin, prima vermaken.

A beautiful, clean, and cozy nature house in nature.
The location is perfect, too.
A beautiful view of the valley.
And little to no traffic.
And another nice touch: air conditioning!

Een mooi, schoon en gezellig natuurhuisje.
Ook de ligging is perfect.
Een mooi uitzicht over het dal.
En weinig tot geen verkeer.
Ook lekker. Een airco!

We really enjoyed staying at your house. It’s, of course, a (fairly) new house, which means that everything I value—a clean house, beds that haven’t been slept in for years—is just fine.
We also really appreciated the extras, like the hot tub and the Ofyr, and considered them a real bonus.

The fact that the house is stocked with all sorts of things—spices, tea lights, children’s toys, etc.—is also a real plus. I had brought a lot of things myself, but that hadn’t been necessary at all—think of Kubb and the badminton rackets.

Communication between the hosts and us was also excellent. Thomas messaged us a few times with tips, for example, about the hot tub. He also checked in with us periodically to see if we had any questions. When I asked if he had one hiking trail he’d really recommend out of all the trails in the area, he immediately replied with a link to Trails, which led us to a really fun and challenging hike.

We hebben jullie huis als zeer prettig ervaren. Het is natuurlijk een (redelijk) nieuw huis, wat ervoor zorgt dat alles waar ik waarde aan hecht (een schoon huis, bedden waar niet al jaren lang op geslapen is) prima in orde is.
Ook de extra's, zoals de Hottub en Ofyr hebben we als heel prettig en als een echte extra beschouwd.

Het feit dat er van alles in het huis te vinden is, qua kruiden, theelichtjes, kinderspeelgoed etc is ook echt een plus. Ik had van alles zelf meegenomen, maar dat was helemaal niet nodig geweest, denk aan Kubb en de badmintonrakets.

Ook de communicatie tussen de verhuurden en ons was prima. Thomas heeft een aantal keer geappt met tips voor bv. de Hottub. Ook vraagt hij tussendoor of we nog vragen hebben. Op mijn vraag of hij één wandeleroute heeft die hij echt aanraadt van alle wandelroutes die er in de buurt gedaan kunnen worden, reageert hij direct met een link naar Trails, waardoor we een super leuke en uitdagende route hebben gewandeld.

Thomas's house is located in a very quiet part of Nadrin. Nadrin isn’t very big to begin with, but the house is also located at the far end of the village. Because of this, you occasionally hear a car drive by, but other than that, you only hear ambient sounds—like the animals scattered here and there in the meadows.

The view from the house is just what you’d expect from a house in the Ardennes, but I still feel as if I’m standing inside a Van Gogh painting every time I look out. It’s truly amazing!

Het huis van Thomas staat op een heel rustig stuk van Nadrin. Nadrin is sowieso niet heel groot, maar het huis staat ook nog eens aan het eind van het dorp. Hierdoor hoor je af en toe een auto voorbij rijden, maar verder hoor je alleen omgevingsgeluiden van o.a. de dieren die her en der in de weilanden staan.

Het uitzicht vanuit het huis is zoals je wellicht verwacht van een Ardennen-huis, maar ik ervaar het toch steeds weer alsof ik in een Van Gogh schilderij sta. Echt geweldig!
