Surrounded by 7,500 m² of natural land and with a breathtaking panoramic view, a place of peace, relaxation and originality awaits you here in an absolutely secluded location. Our newly renovated chalet offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: - Fully equipped kitchen for cozy cooking evenings - Washing machine & dryer - Bright, open living concept through octagonal architecture - Two bedrooms, two bathrooms - Large terrace with unobstructed views of the Ahr valley and the Aremberg - Gas grill - 15 minutes to the Nürburgring - In winter toboggan run next to the house - Two cozy wood stoves. Please note: heating is provided by the stoves. Knowledge of firing a stove is necessary. Firewood is available

Ideal for couples, families, nature lovers & motorsport fans - Rodder is a quiet, idyllic place in the municipality of Adenau, located in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel, approx. 45 minutes from Bonn and 1.15 hours from Cologne. The region is known for its volcanic landscape, the numerous hiking and cycling trails and its membership of the Eifel Star Park, the region with the least light in Germany. There are many sights and excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity. Adenau and the Nürburgring can be reached in 15 minutes, the Dreimühlen waterfall and Lake Freilingen in 20 minutes. A house like no other: sustainably built, lovingly renovated, in a fantastic location - with sweeping views over the countryside, complete tranquillity and genuine originality.
