Alone or as a couple, you'll be able to recharge your batteries in our gîte, located in an authentic setting overlooking the Mediterranean forest. Exposed beams, mansard-roofed rooms, cement tiles in soft colors... the mix of old and new gives this intimate gîte its unique character. For breakfast, we offer baskets of fresh seasonal produce that you can enjoy while listening to the song of the cicadas, at our tables surrounded by oleanders. Nature and surroundings
This country house, built in the 16th century by Henri I de Montmorency, is one of the oldest estates in Pézenas. Nestled on a hill on the edge of Caux, it is distinguished by its elegance: three slate turrets, a 15th-century fireplace, a chapel dating from 1900 and a 70-hectare park surrounded by a 4 km stone wall, the second largest in France after that of Chambord. The vineyard was created in the 18th century and developed by Charles L'Epine. The estate was a forerunner, converting to organic farming in 1990. Today, with its 15 exceptional ecolodges, it combines heritage and ecology. This rural gîte has become a haven of peace dedicated to nature, the art of living and relaxation.
