Nature and surroundings
Built in the 16th century by Henri I de Montmorency, Château du Parc is one of the oldest estates in Pézenas. Nestled on a hillside at the gateway to Caux, its elegance captivates: three slate turrets, a 15th-century fireplace, a 1900 chapel, and a 70-hectare park surrounded by a 4 km-long stone wall, the second largest in France after Chambord. Charles L'Epine developed the vineyard in the 18th century. A forerunner, the estate went organic in 1990. Today, with its 15 exceptional ecolodge gîtes, it combines heritage and ecology. Château du Parc has become a haven of peace dedicated to nature, gentle living and disconnection.
