Our resort-style residence with wellness is located just 40 minutes north of Barcelona. The loft is situated on the second floor of our large villa with private entrance on a plot of 25,000 sq. m. The Loft 80m² (including the large terrace) has a bright living room, open kitchen, bedroom with spacious double bed, bathroom, air conditioning/heating, WiFi via fiberglass, and washing machine. The terrace is attractively furnished with lounge area, sun loungers, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and phenomenal views of the Mediterranean Sea. You have your own entrance via stairs to the second floor of the main house on this unique private property of 25000 m2 with pool, bali bed, hot tub, sauna and jeux de boules court. Our grounds have a few independent units with privacy. Outdoor facilities such as the pool and garden are shared with a small number of guests. Thanks to the spacious design and thoughtful layout, each unit enjoys privacy. Small scale is deliberately our concept.
Nature and surroundings
Located about 250 meters above sea level, the Loft offers spectacular panoramic sea views. Just minutes away from 3 golf courses, 7 minutes from the beach by car and direct access to natural parks for hiking and mountain biking. We are a Dutch couple living together with our 3 dogs and 3 cats, who roam freely on the property. We speak Dutch, English, Spanish, French and German. The pool is normally closed between November and the end of April. During this period the wood fired hot tub and sauna are available for a small fee for the wood, bathrobes etc. We, Klaas & Jenny are a Dutch couple who came to Spain about 10 years ago. Before coming to Spain we have lived in the Netherlands, England, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Belgium, Germany and France. But the Mediterranean part of Spain captured our hearts. So we finally settled here. We love nature, animals and tranquility.
