The house is located on a large plot, with views and private created, you can spend the whole day in the garden, there is enough variety between sun and shade, with the countryside as a setting among nature. With a coulisse landscape of meadows and nature, it is very quiet. there is walking possibility on the Park. In the house there are small stairs. The park is a small recreation park in one of the most beautiful parts of the Achterhoek. Central is the recreational lake of about 7 hectares, with a sandy beach. Since there is no day tourism, even in high season when the weather is nice, one can quietly enjoy this beautiful facility. Swimming and surfing are available, and the surrounding terrain is for the most part not constructed, but naturally grown. Further on-site amenities include a barrier, small laundry and reception.
Nature and surroundings
Eibergen has a small, cozy center with wonderful shopping and catering facilities just 2.5 kilometers from the park. The village lies on the river "the Berkel" and is about 5 kilometers away from the German border. The entire area is in a quiet rural beauty with scattered farms and vast forests. Within a distance of about 500 meters are a beautiful hiking forest, heated outdoor swimming pool and a new indoor riding school. The adventure park "Hof van Eckbergen" with its own zoo offers beautiful surprises for young and old. Both in the immediate vicinity and in the neighborhoods, the beautiful landscape offers plenty of opportunities for long walks, bike rides and horseback rides. The cities of Winterswijk, Enschede, Lochem and German Vreden are all within a distance of 20 KM. In short, a wonderful area if you are looking for nature, peace, space and a friendly environment for your relaxation.
