***** The Kellerwaldquartier has 6 cozy rooms on approx. 140 m² on two floors. On the first floor you will find a bright, spacious living/dining room with a Swedish stove, satellite TV, dining table and direct access to the garden. There is also a double room and a room with two single beds. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer compartment and coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes this floor. On the upper floor there is another living/dining room with a Swedish stove, satellite TV, radio and access to the balcony. Here you will find a double room and a room with two beds, an open kitchen and another shower room with WC. A large terrace with garden furniture, lawn, washing machine, baby crib, WLAN is available, as well as a parking lot for a maximum of 2 cars directly at the house. The accommodation is a non-smoking house.
