Staying in nature This nature house is a monumental farm situated in the rural, inspiring environment of the Zak van Zuid-Beveland. The combination of comfort and authenticity in the building, interior and surroundings will give you a stay that vacation is meant for. The layout is living room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, shower and extra toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed (for possibly 2 adults as an extra). Toilet downstairs. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and separate toilet. An enclosed garden and private terrace overlooking the nutmeadow. There may ged. use of the yard. Sloop and canoe available for free. Guests in the residence have access to a private garden, bike storage and driveway.
Nature and surroundings
It is a place that makes you quiet. 't Hof Acht Is Meer dan Duizend in the Zak van Zuid-Beveland. This farmyard borders nature reserve the Westeindse Weel, an open pond between meadows where plovers, avocets and redshanks nest. After driving along the 's-Heerenhoeksedijk, the farm can be seen. Half hidden among the trees. The strands of a beautiful weeping willow in the middle of the yard hang motionless in the sun. Prunus, privet, and blackthorn form a typical Zeeland hedge. The seclusion, greenery and tranquility make it understandable to call this a special place of inspiration. In the immediate vicinity is great cycling and walking on the flower dikes. The Westerschelde is about 3 km away and the Veerse Meer is 15 km away. We are about 15 km from Middelburg, Goes, Vlissingen and Terneuzen, so very central. Ghent and Antwerp can be reached in an hour by car. And in half an hour you are on a Walcheren North Sea beach, or just relaxing at home in the hammock.
