Very comfortable and charming cottage for 1 to 4 people with access to the pool, discover this Gîte, a spacious apartment south of a former wine estate. Its name is inspired by the famous wind Cers, powerful and purifying, which guarantees a clear and cloudless sky. From the spacious garden room you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the private garden and the hills of Limoux, a true living painting. The authentic charm of the cottage and its cozy atmosphere make it an ideal place for 1 to 4 people.The private garden (100m2), the terrace(20m2), the covered garden room (25 m2), the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet are on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are located as well as an additional toilet on the 1st floor.
Nature and surroundings
This is a beautiful old estate with a lovely large garden (with swimming pool and playground equipment) in a quiet area on the outskirts of Limoux. The garden also has ample opportunities for retreat or picnics. There is plenty to do in the area: (mountain) hiking (from light to heavy), cycling, canoeing, golf. Or stroll around in old villages and cities (Carcasonne oa) or of course wine tasting and good food. Moreover, we are in the middle of Cathar country, there is plenty to discover and see of this history in the region. And don't forget the carnival of Limoux. The longest lasting in the world: from early January to mid-March! So whether you want to unwind, enjoy culinary delights, look for sporting activities or discover the history of the region: it's all here!
