The few vehicles that drive past the house sometimes pass by quite quickly, but that's just typical of France. Unfortunately, it wasn't completely free of fireworks in the area on New Year's Eve. But it was bearable for our dog because it wasn't in the immediate vicinity. You certainly need the car for excursions, but there was plenty to see within a radius of about 30 minutes. Very nice landlord. We were warmly welcomed and our well-being was always taken care of. We were there at the turn of the year and the house was lovingly decorated. There were little details everywhere and we have never had such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation home. Everything was there, even sharp knives. The towels in the bathroom were also great. The bed was very comfortable. And the thick blanket would be great for the cold season. The stairs to the bedroom are a bit steep, but doable. The garden is also okay.
