Nature house in Durmignat

Our large standing caravan La Belle Vue (12x3.5 mtr.) is on a private location La Barrière and can accommodate 4 people, or 6 people if use is made of the sleeping option on the fold-out couch in the salon. The salon has a super large round seat, covering 3 walls and a round table with 2 stools. In the master bedroom there are 2 chairs that can also be used in the salon. The kitchenette can almost be called a kitchen, with on one side the 4-burner stove, grill and oven and on the other side the sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. In the bathroom, in addition to the toilet and sink, there is also a shower cubicle. During the summer months, you can cool off in the large swimming pool (4x2x1 m) in the playground behind the caravan, but you can also lie back and relax in the round pool with a diameter of 3 meters in the front garden of the mobile home in front of the terrace.

La Belle Vue is on our private nature reserve La Barrière in the municipality of 63700 Durmignat, in Auvergne, where the south begins, as the French say. Peace, space, respect for nature and respect for each other are the basic principles when staying on our property. You can enjoy silence and tranquility and with some luck you may encounter some wildlife while walking on the property! Often you will see large birds such as Buzzards circling in the air on the thermals and sometimes even a crane or a short-toed eagle. From the terrace of the caravan at 495 meters altitude you have a beautiful view over the sloping farmlands to the river La Bouble and on the other side again ascending farmlands and hills with the Château de Beauvoir (Échassières) at 700 meters altitude. If you look to the north you will see with binoculars (very small,) one of the many high railroad bridges in this area made by Ir. Eiffel. 5 and 10 km away you will find everything you need.
