We rent a wooden Chalet built entirely from ecological and recycled materials. The 40 M2 cottage includes a 20 m2 bedroom with a double bed and a 20 M2 kitchen/living room with an extra single bed and a small balcony terrace. There are also two adjoining wooden cabins for shower and dry toilet. There's also a lovely 3m/11m swimming pool that you can access from 11am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm.
Nature and surroundings
The Chalet is located close to the family home on a 5000m2 estate (refuge Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux), planted with large white oaks, allowing you to enjoy summer in the shade, sheltered from the heat. The property is located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, in an exceptional natural setting, close to hiking trails, accessible on foot and via a small dead-end road that ends in the middle of the countryside. Nearby you'll find the "Cabriole", a farm where you can buy excellent goat's cheese direct from the producer. The property is 2.3 km from the beautiful village of Saignon, where you'll find a bakery, restaurants, craftsmen, a travelling grocery store on Tuesday mornings and a farmers' market on Thursday mornings.
