Nature house in Emst

Experience (previously rented at the park), combination cottage, price, facilities and contact with the landlord: 7.5/10 (rounded 8 so). Positive points as mentioned: location, space, facilities; also good clean (kitchen and bathroom); enough towels (what fluffy so new?); in short, more than enough for a wonderful week away with zn 2. 2 minus points, which have already been discussed with the landlord and who promises improvement: id bedroom smelled like old cigarette smoke (previous tenants? Previous owner? As if before arrival in or right outside the bedroom was smoked and pulled into the bedding or mattress), the bank and the carpet id living room smells strongly of old dog (very recognizable air), not nice when you come home after a day of walking (whole house smells like it, good perfume and airing works fine). So in the spring is still quite cool but there is good heating where you only have to stoke briefly (air and infrared).

Ervaring (eerder op het park gehuurd), combinatie huisje, prijs, faciliteiten en contact met de verhuurder: 7,5/10 (afgerond 8 dus).

Pluspunten zoals genoemd: ligging, ruimte, faciliteiten; daarnaast goed schoon (keuken en sanitair); genoeg badlinnen (wel wat pluizig dus nieuw?); kortom, meer dan genoeg voor een heerlijk weekje weg met zn 2en.

2 minpunten, die al besproken zijn met de verhuurder en die belooft verbetering: id slaapkamer rook het naar oude sigaretten rook (vorige huurders? Vorige eigenaar? Alsof er voor aankomst in of vlak buiten de slaapkamer was gerookt en in het beddengoed of matras was getrokken); de bank en het kleed id woonkamer ruiken sterk naar oude hond (heel herkenbare lucht), niet fijn als je na een dag wandelen thuiskomt (hele huisje ruikt er dan naar; flink parfumeren en luchten werkt prima).
Zo in het voorjaar is t nog best fris maar er is goede verwarming waar je maar even kort mee hoeft te stoken (lucht en infrarood).

The small vacation park is really an ideal base: in the middle of the crown domain, so right into the forest, and fifteen minutes drive to great forests and moors on the Veluwe. It is quiet and you wake up to sunbeams and birds singing. The cottage is spacious and fully equipped: spacious bathroom, good boiler (enough for 2 people to shower without it getting cold), dishwasher and large refrigerator, spacious 2persoons bed, enough space for extensive cooking and the 2 of us to enjoy.

Het kleine vakantie park is echt een ideale uitvalsbasis: midden in het kroondomein, zo gelijk het bos in, en op een kwartier rijden naar geweldige bossen en heiden op de Veluwe. Het is er rustig en je wordt wakker van zonnestralen en fluitende vogels.
Het huisje is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien: ruime badkamer, goede boiler (genoeg om voor 2 personen te douchen zonder dat t koud wordt), vaatwasser en grote koelkast; ruim 2persoons bed; genoeg ruimte om uitgebreid te koken en er met zn 2en van te genieten.
