Enjoy both inside and outside! A fully equipped cottage with air conditioning on the edge of the forest. Located on a small and quiet park, directly adjacent to hiking and biking trails, heath and forest. Visitor center, bike rental and restaurants within walking distance. Game viewing point just around the corner. Garden chairs, parasol with hammock to chill present. Barbecuing is allowed with own/disposable barbecues depending on weather conditions. Made bed 140x200 Towels 1 small and 1 large per person Towel, tea towel, cleaning cloth Starter kit with 4x coffee, sugar and milk, 2x tea, 2x dishwasher cube, detergent, olive oil, pepper and salt, 1 toilet roll. Nature and surroundings
Enjoy the beautiful nature, forest, heath and sand drifts in which the park is located. You can leave the park on either side for a walk. A small detour to the Wildlife Observatory Herikhuizen or the Schaapskooi (see googlemaps) or a very long trek that fans out over the whole area. Recommended: Highlander Rheden (googlemaps). There are several restaurants in the area. Supermarket Albert Hein is open on Sundays from 10.00, during the week from 8.00. In summer, besides forest and heath, it is also great to go to the sandy beaches of Lathum/Giesbeek/Rhederlaag, on the bike you are there very quickly with the ferry. Nature, peace & environment:Cottage is part of a complex with several cottages, but you notice nothing of that in and around the cottage; the cottage is facing overlooking meadow, forest and a little further the Posbank. Nice garden with beautiful flowers, birds and insects. Camping feeling that we have come to rest. Thereby many opportunities for walking and cycling, but also for example to the nice town of Zutphen to cycle (26 kilometers). Cottage is compact (which for us increased the camping feeling), but pleasant and cozy, clean and tidy. If this is what you are looking for, highly recommended!
