Sunny 6-person vacation home right on Paterswoldsemeer. With an area of 104 m2 and a garden of 1750 m2 you will experience a lot of privacy. The view from the house and garden is phenomenal.Ground floor: entrance with simple bathroom (shower and toilet). Stairs to 1st floor. Spacious and bright living room with open kitchen. Through the many windows you have a beautiful view of the Paterswoldsemeer. Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, microwave oven, electric hob, dishwasher, large dining table. Living room with comfortable chairs and cozy corner sofa and TV. 1st floor: 3 spacious bedrooms with 6 single comforters and 6 pillows. Bedroom 1: a 2 bed of 1.60 cm by 2.00 cm. Bedroom 2: 2 single box spring beds of 2.00 cm by 80 cm. Bedroom 3 has a smaller 2 bed of 1.42 cm by 2.05 cm. Bed linen, towels and tea and dish towels you must bring your own.

Through a long driveway from the Hoornsedijk you come to the private property with parking where 3 cottages stand on the water. Separated by trees and bushes so you will experience a lot of privacy at your own cottage (the left house). The house is surrounded by a sunny large garden with plenty of shade under the trees. You have use of your own jetty and swimming ladder to take a refreshing dip in the lake. Besides the water sports possibilities, the area is known for its beautiful cycling and walking routes. So bring your own bike or rent one to explore these beautiful routes. The Pieterpad also runs along the vacation home.The nearest supermarket and bakery are 3.5 km away in Haren.For more entertainment go to the vibrant city of Groningen (or Assen) with beautiful museums, shopping streets and many restaurants and cafes. You reach the city in just over 20 minutes by bike or within 15 minutes by car.
