Sunny 6-person nature house right on Paterswoldsemeer. With an area of 104 m2 and a garden of 1750 m2 you will experience a lot of privacy. The view from the house and garden is phenomenal. Ground floor: entrance with simple bathroom (shower and toilet). Stairs to 1st floor. Spacious and bright living room with open kitchen. Through the many windows you have a beautiful view of the Paterswoldsemeer. Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, microwave oven, electric hob, dishwasher, large dining table. Living room with comfortable chairs and cozy corner sofa and TV. 1st floor: 3 spacious bedrooms with 6 single comforters and 6 pillows. Bedroom 1: a 2 bed of 1.60 cm by 2.00 cm. Bedroom 2: 2 single box spring beds of 2.00 cm by 80 cm. Bedroom 3: 2 single box spring beds of 2.00 cm by 80 cm. You must bring your own bed linen, towels and tea and dish towels.There is a washing machine in the storage room.

Through a long driveway from the Hoornsedijk, you reach the private property with parking, where three cottages stand on the water, separated by greenery for optimal privacy. The nature house has a sunny garden with shaded areas and a private jetty with swimming ladder for a refreshing dip. Located on the Paterswoldsemeer - connected to the Hoornsemeer - you are in the middle of a 900-hectare nature reserve with forests, beaches, islands, walking and cycling paths, picnic areas, restaurants and water sports. At several places you can easily rent a (electric) boat. The famous Pieterpad runs along the house. Discover nature on foot or by bike, or visit Groningen (20 min. by bike or 15 min. by car) with its museums, stores and terraces. In Haren you will find a cozy center with stores, cafes and restaurants; supermarket and bakery at 3.5 km.
