Dear all, I have been staying in a yurt at this community campground for about six years now. There are 16 yurts and one of them is mine. I am working on several festivals this summer and would love it if you could enjoy my yurt spot. Enjoy chopping wood and starting a fire! We have 10 cats here and some chickens. And in my garden there are delicious raspberry bushes! There is an additional common room with TV and kitchen and mud pizza oven. The sanitary facilities at the campsite are nice, clean, spacious. In the shed is my refrigerator so you really have silence in the yurt. You cook there on a camping gas stove. The yurt has a nice mosquito net and screen door, but I don't actually use it yet (June). I do want to call you in advance to see if it's a match, because it's my fine home that you're staying in
Nature and surroundings
In the betuwe, on the river where you can swim, with the Utrechtse heuvelrug on the other side where you can do endless beautiful hiking and mountain biking. Eiland van Maurik is very close, where you can rent boats. It is really beautiful here with the setting sun on the river.
