Experience ultimate relaxation in our luxury log cabin in Sauerland! The renovated house is quietly located at the edge of a forest, located on a slope at an altitude of 450 meters. Enjoy the large 30 m² wooden terrace and wood-fired hot tub, ideal for any season. Our detached lodge features a spacious living room with cozy furnishings. A double garden door provides access to the large outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the hilly countryside and village below. The separate dining kitchen has a beautiful kitchen with high-quality appliances, such as a ceramic hob, combi-oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a large dining room table, for enjoying breakfast or dining. The modern bathroom contains a spacious rain shower and there is a separate toilet. In a separate room are our washer and dryer that you may use. There is also an automatic hose reel here to fill the hot tub with water.
Nature and surroundings
The garden is fully fenced and gives a lot of privacy due to a high, green hedge. You can enjoy peace and quiet and the view, usually with the sound of singing birds in the background. Our log cabin is located in nature park Diemelsee. From the vacation home you can enjoy hiking in the nearby forests and hills. In the vicinity are also plenty of opportunities for cycling or mountain biking. Just 15 minutes drive away is the large lake, the Diemelsee, where you can swim, fish or take a boat trip, among other things. Within 14 minutes you are also in the famous winter sports area of Willingen. You can also visit, for example, tobogganing, the game and leisure park or a glassworks, or take a round on the adventure golf course. In the months of January/February there is usually snow in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home. There are then many opportunities for cross-country skiing, a snow hike or sledding on a neighboring meadow.
