This nature house is part of a renovated farmhouse, divided into 3 living units. The right side of the farmhouse can accommodate 8 people. It is characterized by its spacious feel; the upper level consists of an open mezzanine. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with an infrared sauna, and a separate toilet. There is 1 double bed on the mezzanine. The living area features a TV corner and a seating area by the pellet stove. You can use the shared recreation area (the section connected to the adjacent house), which features a pool table, air hockey, and a foosball table. There are also board games, and you will find a washing machine and dryer. The property has a separate terrace with an OFYR, and the nearly 1-hectare garden with a playground is shared with the other house. You don’t have to worry about your privacy; from May 1 through September 30, we only rent both houses together to groups of families or friends who are traveling together. Pets are not allowed!!
Nature and surroundings
The farmhouse is located in “Tour,” a small village consisting of just three streets, next to the municipality of “Heyd,” and easily accessible via the E25. “Tour” is centrally located, which offers plenty of possibilities. You can simply come to enjoy the peace and quiet, but it’s also an ideal base for visiting one of the many villages and attractions in the area. The historic town of Durbuy is 8 km from the property. It’s also a great starting point for an active hiking or biking vacation. A 10-minute drive away is the Durbuy Adventure Park, and within an hour’s drive of the house, you’ll find the Han Caves, Forestia, Monde Sauvage, Park Chlorophille, and Houtopia. For daily necessities, head to Barvaux, just 4 km from the house, where you’ll find several supermarkets and bakeries.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €400.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
