This comfortable 4-person apartment is set among olive trees and rolling hills in the heart of Le Marche, a quiet region of Italy. The decor is warm, rustic and Mediterranean, with natural tones and subtle olive accents. The apartment features a spacious living kitchen, two bedrooms and a characteristic bathroom. Ideal for families or friends who want to escape the crowds, outside you have a private terrace with views and silence around you. You can use the pool, the vegetable garden and the chickens, and the green surroundings are perfect for walks or a quiet morning with a book. In May, June and September there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. In July and August, we rent by the week. Looking for other dates or length of stay? Nature and surroundings
This location is in the middle of the rolling countryside of Le Marche, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and sunflower fields. The area is quiet and green, perfect for those who love hiking, cycling or just silence and views. A short distance away you will find picturesque villages, local markets and authentic trattorias. The Adriatic coast is about a 40-minute drive away and the regional nature reserve Monte San Vicino is nearby. Here you walk through ancient beech forests, open mountain meadows and enjoy panoramic views. A place where you experience the real Italy, far away from mass tourism.
