Renovated farmhouse in the countryside, with fishing facilities for carp, roach and perch, and with optional access to an outdoor jacuzzi. The house comprises a fitted kitchen with farm table, a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower, a terrace and garden. Pets are not allowed. Close to the commune of Le Rouget for all amenities, and a local market every Sunday morning on the square: local produce, farmers and market gardeners. Wifi access. Electric car recharging point.
Nature and surroundings
Country setting, you're on a farm with Salers cows in a suckling system. The fishing pond is on the farm, private and reserved for holidaymakers. Swimming is possible on the beaches of the Lac de Saint Etienne Cantalès, 7 km away: natural, high-quality water. Visits to the Monts du Cantal, an authentic, unspoilt site / PUY Mary. Salers village.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund

- Not suitable for children under the age of 1.
