Welcome to our spacious and bright nature house in Les Chevannes, a small neighborhood outside Corancy, a short walk from the beautiful Lac de Pannecière. Our cozy house is situated on a spacious fenced plot. The garden around the house offers enough shade to find some coolness on hot summer days. There is a terrace around the house where delicious Burgundy food and drinks can be enjoyed. The house offers a spacious living room with a separate TV room and a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with all the necessary appliances. There are three spacious bedrooms with double beds. In 2 rooms, these are separate 1-person box spring beds that can also be put separately. In 1 room the beds are 2.20 long, so handy for tall people. Bathroom with bath / shower and washbasin and mirror cabinet. Separate toilet room. Total area of the house is 100m2. From the spacious windows there is a great view of the surrounding mountains of Le Morvan.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the middle of 'Le Parc Régional du Morvan', a beautiful natural park where silence and night-time darkness can still be found. Here nature still dictates a great deal, meandering streams feed the lake, herds of cows run outside 360 days a year with calves and bulls. Hiking, biking, swimming or kayaking/supping and fishing, for the true outdoorsmen there is an incredible amount to do here. 'Back to nature' is at your fingertips here! Our house in 'Les Chevannes' is a 5-minute walk to the start of the 'Lac de Pannecière', here the Yonne River feeds the 520-acre reservoir. Around the lake you can walk and in fact almost every meter is freely accessible. Behind the house one walks right up into the deep woods, in the coolness there are many kilometers of hiking trails. Furthermore, in Le Morvan there are plenty of places to explore in terms of nature and / or history. Just a few hours from NL in the middle of peaceful nature.
