This beautiful monumental manor farm is located in Kerk-Avezaath, centrally located in the Netherlands in the heart of the Betuwe. Recently the farm has been completely renovated and restored with an eye for detail. The house has 9 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. There is also an apartment in the former fruit barn with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom which is optional to rent. The house is situated on the small river Linge and has an (unheated) swimming pool, a jeu de boules court and a large, park-like garden complete with its own little island by the Linge. Inside, the house has no less than 5 fireplaces and stoves. The kitchen is well equipped with ample refrigerator space, a large Viking stove and an additional oven. There are also two sitting rooms, a dining/meeting room, library and study. Unique is the former sorting barn, where up to sixty people can dine together at one long table.
Nature and surroundings
Enjoy the wide views from the garden and discover the Betuwe by bike or on foot along the Linge or the Waal. In the area you will find the Klompenpad for a beautiful walk through meadows and orchards. Visit the historic town of Buren with its cozy streets, or discover the villages of Rhenoy and Acquoy, where time seems to stand still. For an adventure on the water there are three canoes ready for you to explore the Linge from the house and experience nature in a unique way.

Truly a beautiful house which is fully equipped. Recently very tastefully renovated and decorated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, making the house perfect for large groups who also want some privacy. The host is very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!!!
Werkelijk een prachtig huis wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Recent zeer smaakvol verbouwd en ingericht. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer, waardoor het huis perfect is voor grote groepen die ook wat privacy willen. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader!!
